Creating the Perfect Romantic Getaway for the Handicapped
I work very close with the handicapped community in my city, and this could not be a more rewarding career. I'm pretty good at fund raising, which allows me to come up with some unique projects and carry them on successfully and I just love the impact it has on the lives of the handicapped people I work with.
My latest endeavor took us all the way to Italy, an idea that got into my head during my last vacations, when my husband and I traveled here and stayed at a wonderful bread and breakfast we located through Terre Nove Association. This place would be perfect for dating for handicapped singles and I got to work on this idea as soon as I returned home.nWe raised funds throughout the year and made it possible for a dozen of our handicapped singles to participate in an all expenses paid trip to Italy and visit and stay at the Mugello Holiday Cottages, which was conditioned specifically for our dating for handicapped event! It was a great success and several of our singles returned home as ex-singles, lol!
